Construction management draws on the team's experience with procurement strategy and execution, DSA permitting and certification, commissioning, measurement and verification, staff training, closeout and warranty support, together with budget and schedule control through construction delivery. Cost estimating covers planning level estimates tied to each finding, opinions of probable cost and replacement reserves from the condition record, and escalated costs by planned year. Each estimate states its cost basis so it can be traced and updated.

Bureau Veritas assessments include site inspection of major building systems and components, lifecycle analysis of building envelope, roofing, interior finishes and MEP systems, remaining useful life, repair and replacement costs, accessibility review and a Facility Condition Index.
